Our Kozi Sacks are great for inflamation of the lower back, neck, shoulders, knees, ankles or any injury or surgery.  Keep the gel packs in the freezer and when needed take it out of the freezer and put them into the Sack. Slowly you will start to feel the cold pack working and relieving your aches and pains. They are also great for hot flashes or just to cool you off.
